Guidelines for using  downloaded tenderforms

1. Firms interested in using pdf files from website for submission of tenders are required to pay prescribed tender fee along with their tender. They can add the tender fee of Rs 200/- with EMD  and submit a single bank draft. Tender fee is non-refundable.

2. All the firms intending to use downloaded tender forms are required to send an e-mail to uccmlsu@gmail.com  to register their name. A registration number  and a pdf file of the tender form will be send to them by e-mail. Firms are advised to compare the downloaded tender form with the form received by e-mail to ensure that offer is made in a proper tender form.

2. Firms are required to use the tenderform as downloaded from the site and not allowed to modify any terms/specifications. Tender documents on web site is  an electronic version of original tender documents and if any firm submits a tender in a document modified by them same will be treated as a "tampered tender document" and liable for legal action.

3. If a firm is found quoted in a tampered tender document their offers will be rejected and EMD will be forfeited.  

4. Firms are advised to examine their tender form by comparing with the original tender form available at the University Computer Centre  before submission of the sealed tender to ensure tender documents are not tampered by hacking the web site or a modified document is presented to them.
